The NordicTrack E9.2 elliptical cross trainer is equipped with a 20kg (44lbs) flywheel that ensures smooth operation and features a generous 18" (45.7cm) stride length to enable long, full strides. It comes with 20 levels of computer controlled silent magnetic resistance (SMR) and a 5" Grafixx LCD display that provides feedback on speed, time, distance, pulse and calories. The elliptical offers 23 programmes (10 calorie goal, 10 performance, 3 watts) and iFit Live compatibility (optional) that gives you access to over 1000 downloadable workouts and many other options of interactive training. It also incorporates a built-in Acoustics 2.0 sound system and oversized cushioned pedals for stability and comfort. Heart rate with the E9.2 can be measured via handlebar grip sensors or an included Polar(R) chest strap.
